Instructions For Use？

15 minutes before exposure to the sunscreen spray , apply sunscreen spray the fine foam to all skin, avoiding eyes. For best results, reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating. For maximum sun protection, it is recommended to apply every two hours.
